The Schedule and Routine

We start the second weekend in May 2007.
We open at 10:30am. Preferred arrival time for best rafting conditions would between 10:30am - 2:00pm, but we do stay open later so please stop by if you are running late or just decide last minute you want to give rafting with us a try.

To get your trip started as soon as possible it is helpful to be acquainted with our routine. Upon your arrival the procedure is as follows:

• We will answer and settle any questions.
• You and your group will sign waiver form and pay for boat.
• You prepare for trip-change into clothes and bring any snacks and drinks you wish to take-NO ALCOHOL
• We give our safety talk (ALL paddlers must be present). Even our regulars are required for this short briefing that provides for an enjoyable trip.
• We shuttle you and your boats up to Dillsboro.
• Then the fun begins; time to ride the Tuck!

Finally your trip will end at the main cabin where your car will be waiting for you.
There is no waiting for a shuttle to eventually come pick you up... you end where you park.
